1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w777 ("w777", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Where an account is found to have been opened by or on behalf of a minor, all winnings generated through that account will be forfeited, any remaining balance will be returned to the deposit source, and the account will be permanently closed. w777 will report such cases to the appropriate authorities where required.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Creating Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the w777 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details, different contact information, or through a third party — is a serious breach of these Terms. w777 uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate account registrations, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed with balances reviewed at our discretion.

When registering your w777 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w777 login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. w777 staff will never ask you for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from w777 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@w777.cash immediately.

Any activity that occurs on your w777 account while you are logged in — or through use of your login credentials — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact w777 support immediately to initiate an account security review and temporary suspension.

3.3 Account Verification

w777 may require you to complete a verification process at any point. This may involve submitting a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and a photograph confirming your identity. Verification requests will typically be completed within 48 working hours. During verification, your ability to withdraw funds may be temporarily restricted.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the w777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w777 does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500.
• There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by w777 through standard payment channels, though your individual payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your w777 balance in real time for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes to clear depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Withdrawals

w777 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week including Pakistani public holidays. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes from the point of request approval. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your w777 account registration details.
• Players must have completed basic account verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time process and does not affect subsequent withdrawals once completed.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balance that was not derived from a bonus is always withdrawable regardless of bonus status.

5.1 Large Withdrawal Processing

This step exists to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals and is resolved within 24 hours of the initial request.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

w777 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20× the bonus amount unless the promotion states a different multiplier.
• Free spins on jackpot slots are valued at Rs 10 per spin for wagering requirement calculation purposes.
• Only one bonus may be active on your w777 account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is pending its wagering requirement will forfeit the earlier bonus.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets available on w777, including PSL, football, cricket, esports, tennis and all other sports covered by the platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to availability of the market and the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. w777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to be placed as part of an arbitrage strategy, bets at odds that were posted in error, and bets by accounts under security review.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the PCB for PSL matches, FIFA for football tournaments, and the relevant esports tournament operator for competitive gaming events. w777 does not use third-party score feeds as the sole basis for final settlement where an official result is available. Settlement typically occurs within 30 minutes of the official result being declared.

7.3 Void Bets

• If a match is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum required playing time has been completed (as defined in each sport's specific rules), result bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In an accumulator, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator adjusts to the remaining legs at revised combined odds.
• Bets placed at odds that were clearly posted in error (for example, a team listed at 1.01 as a result of a data feed glitch) may be voided at w777's discretion with stakes returned.

7.4 Accumulator Rules

w777 allows accumulator bets of between 2 and 20 selections. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out — unless a selection is voided, in which case the accumulator continues with the remaining legs. The maximum accumulator payout per bet slip is subject to the platform's standard payout cap published in the sports betting section.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus-derived balance will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not derived from a bonus will be returned to the original deposit source after deducting any amounts owed to w777 as a result of the breach.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules and additions of information that do not change player rights, may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms, including the version number and effective date, is always displayed at the top of this page and in the page footer.

Continued use of the w777 platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change by contacting w777 support.
